Privacy

Short version: we only keep what you send us, and only for as long as we need it.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, company, email, type of business, what you need and your message. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. Project records are kept as long as Greek tax and contract law require.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ficusand.co and we will action it within 30 days.
