Terms

Plain terms for small projects: fixed scope, fixed price, you own the result.

Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts — we never invoice a surprise.

Payment

40% at kickoff and 60% on launch, payable within 14 days of invoice. Support plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled any time.

Ownership

On final payment you own the code and the data outright. We keep no lock-in: the repository and the database are transferred to accounts you control.

Support and liability

Support plans cover hosting, backups, small changes and response within one working day. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law, with the courts of Athens having jurisdiction.
